Patent Application Preparation

FKC has assisted clients in preparation of patents, both from the client's initial ideas to supplementing those ideas and then drafting preliminary patents, suitable for very rapid filing as a Provisional Patent and following through with a patent agent or attorney for filing full design or process patents. We offer a faster turnaround then going though a large law firm and allow to get an advanced filing date. It is a more economical approach then going directly to a law firm and FKC offers advanced patent design assistance. FKC will work with attorneys and patent agents once that step is taken.
