Led a team of technicians and assemblers in developing electro-optical assemblies and test equipment for a phototransistor foundry. Designed many electro-optical products and circuits for customers. Increased production throughput by designing high-speed, automatic test equipment. Generated fast response to Marketing Department requests for prototype sensing equipment. Developed an automatic optical measurement system used to inspect rubber gaskets.
